Clare Nash has been a legal executive at Thompsons since 2001 and manages personal injury claims from across Wales and the South West.

As a member of the Cardiff office’s multi-track accident team, Clare handles a varied caseload of accident claims, acting on behalf of clients who have sustained in work injuries in accidents and assaults as well as public liability and road traffic accidents. She specialises in cases involving orthopaedic and psychiatric injuries.

Clare provides first-class support and representation to Thompsons’ injured clients and is proud of the firm’s pledge to only act on their behalf. She finds helping clients through the trauma of making a claim and ensuring they get the best compensation possible to be the most rewarding aspect of her job.

In her spare time, Clare enjoys walking, swimming and reading.

  • Secured significant compensation for a special needs teaching assistant who sustained injuries after being assaulted by a student, resulting in injuries to her neck and back, as well as psychological trauma.
