PAULA’S CASE EXPERIENCE

Mesothelioma claim: Paula’s client worked at a sawmill and was unloading unsealed asbestos boards from wagons that would arrive daily. His duties exposed him to asbestos materials and included stacking, handling and manipulating the asbestos boards without protection for more than 25 years. Sadly, Paula’s client died of mesothelioma and the six figure settlement she secured was passed to his family.

Asbestosis claim: Paula’s client was a pipe fitter who was exposed to asbestos dust while stripping pipework of asbestos lagging for over 30 years without protection. He suffered asbestosis as a result and Paula secured compensation on his behalf.
