MICHAEL’S CASE EXPERIENCE
Hit and run claim: Michael represented a woman who was involved in a hit and run by a stolen car. Despite the driver being untraceable, there being no witnesses and the claimant having very little memory of events, Michael secured £425,000 in compensation for his client.
Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) appeal: Michael appealed a CICA decision and acted as advocate for a claimant who had been subjected to a violent knife attack. CICA initially rejected the claim due to time delays, and then made a very low offer to the claimant. Following the appeal, Michael recovered over £40,000 in compensation for his client.
Defamation claims: Michael has worked on behalf of several celebrities making defamation claims against media outlets that have resulted in published apologies.
Michael is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Another of Michael’s former clients said: “You were very helpful and understanding at a very stressful time for me. I wish you thanks for all your help.”
