Nolan is responsible for the personal injury operations in our London, Oxford and Dagenham offices, heading up a team of more than 70 lawyers and support staff.
His team focuses on all areas of personal injury and clinical negligence, ensuring they deliver excellent client service and get great results.
He qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and quickly built a reputation as a leading travel lawyer, helping clients involved in accidents abroad, leading to him being ranked by the Chambers & Partners legal directory as an ‘eminent practitioner’.
After having built a successful travel law team and running various personal injury teams, Nolan moved into wider management roles in the legal industry to drive improvements and efficiencies with a real focus on ensuring the client experience is second to none.
In previous management roles, he has had a wide range of experience, from setting up a client services division to running a legal contact centre. With that wealth of experience, he understands the importance of creating the right balance between people, processes, and technology to ensure clients get the right guidance, experience, and excellent service.
Nolan joined Thompsons’ management team in 2023, and with his knowledge of the law and significant business experience, he will help us continue to innovate and improve in everything we do.
Outside of work, Nolan enjoys cycling and coaching youth football.
