Sian Ellis was walking along a pathway in work when she slipped, causing her to twist her back and injure her groin. The path had not been maintained properly by her employer and had soil and moss growing on it where the cement had worn away.
Sian worked with Thompsons who secured £2,000 in compensation for her.
