Mr Harrison was exposed to asbestos through roles working for a number of employers between 1950 and 1990. He developed two types of asbestos-related conditions, pleural plaques and pleural thickening. With the help of Thompsons Solicitors, Mr Harrison received £10,000 in compensation with the provision to make a further claim should his condition deteriorate, or should he develop any other asbestos-related diseases in the future.
