Emma is the Principal Lawyer of the Asbestos team in the North West at Thompsons.

She leads the Asbestos team in the region, handling a case holding of all asbestos-related conditions, including mesothelioma, lung cancer and asbestosis, as well as supervising the other lawyers in the team.

Emma also liaises with local support groups, charities and nurses to support our clients and raise money for charities supporting those with asbestos-related conditions and their families, and to raise awareness of the issues surrounding asbestos.

Called to the Bar in 2009, then qualified as a Solicitor in 2013.

Emma has practised in disease, with a focus on asbestos litigation, since before she qualified. My sole practice is now asbestos.

Emma wanted to join Thompsons to secure justice for those affected by exposure to asbestos, which despite being banned many years ago still has a devastating effect upon many people.

Emma is a keen runner and cyclist. She has taken part in a large number of marathons and an ultra-marathon. Her most recent marathon was the Paris Marathon, which she took part in to raise money for Mesothelioma UK.
