Mark is a member of Thompsons Solicitors’ nationally recognised asbestos team, working from our Bristol office to support clients across the South West and beyond. As part of a firm with over 100 years of experience championing working people, Mark plays a vital role in delivering justice for those affected by occupational disease.

Having trained with Thompsons and qualifying as a solicitor in 2000, Mark brings more than two decades of expertise in industrial accident and disease litigation. For the past 15 years, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to asbestos-related claims, representing individuals and families impacted by conditions such as pleural thickening, asbestosis, lung cancer and mesothelioma.

Mark’s approach is rooted in compassion and clarity. He understands the emotional and practical challenges clients face after a diagnosis and takes time to listen, explain, and guide them through every stage of the legal process. His goal is simple: to achieve the best possible outcome while ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout.

As part of Thompsons’ national network of specialist lawyers, Mark combines local knowledge with the strength of a firm that has led the way in asbestos litigation for decades. Our team has secured landmark victories and continues to fight tirelessly for those harmed through no fault of their own. For Mark, this work is more than a profession—it’s a privilege to stand alongside working people and their families when they need it most.
