She is keen to further develop her expertise in personal injury and industrial disease litigation and was drawn to this area of law by her commitment to helping people who have been injured or mistreated secure justice.
She values Thompsons' longstanding commitment to claimant-only work, which closely reflects her own professional values and the client-focused approach she developed in her previous role. Rachel believes it is vital that clients feel understood, informed and supported throughout the claims process.
