Lauren is a newly qualified lawyer based in Thompsons Solicitors’ Cardiff office, in the Clinical Negligence Team. She graduated from the University of South Wales in January 2024, achieving both her LLB Law degree and LLM Legal Practice Course, where she demonstrated strong academic ability and commitment to the profession.
Lauren was delighted to complete her training contract with Thompsons and is passionate about working in an area of law that makes a real difference to people’s lives. Her work involves running her own caseload whilst assisting with complex, high-value claims for clients who have suffered harm due to medical negligence. Lauren is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through some of the most challenging times, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
Lauren values Thompsons’ ethos of acting exclusively for the injured and mistreated, never for employers or insurers, and feels privileged to be part of a team that prioritises clients’ needs above all else.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, and taking long walks.
