I wish that I could give Thompsons more than 5 stars, because they have been utterly fantastic. Matthew Jones dealt with my husband's clinical negligence case. When we started the case we had no idea how long it would take or what would be involved. We knew it would be difficult at times and if it had not been for Matthew and his fantastic team, I don't think we would have been able to cope. They have been with us every step of the way. Throughout the entire process they have been caring, considerate, approachable and always kept us informed and made sure that we were okay at all times. Their professionalism, compassion and expertise has meant that not only have we kept our sanity through all of this, we have also kept our faith in humanity and a belief that things really do work out in the end. Although nothing can ever give us back what we have lost, Matthew and his wonderful team (Lisa Osborne and Marta) at Thompsons have ensured that we can face the future with optimism and confidence and without all of the worries that we previously had.
