Daniel is a litigation executive that works on a wide variety of Union member cases who have suffered from accident’s at work and in public. Whilst working predominantly on employers and public liability cases, Daniel also has experience working on road traffic accident claims including claims again the MIB for uninsured/untraced drivers.  

Daniel has the ability to take on the case from the very start point to the conclusion of the claim. Including the first notification of loss and sending the claim details to the Defendant, to then litigating the case at trial.  

Daniel is an experienced Ex-Portal team member who deals with hundreds of fast-track cases. Initially specialising in Unite union member cases Daniel now works across most Union client instructions with a varied case load of employment and public liability personal injury cases Daniel is a MAPS medical services representative who will liaise with the medical agency to obtain efficient solutions relating to medical evidence for Claimant’s across the team. This also entails providing guidance and training to team members on medical expert instructions.

Daniel obtained his law degree in 2015, after taking some time to travel, Daniel started working within personal injury in 2017. After passing the legal practice course in 2021 Daniel started work as a lawyer for Thompsons 2022. He enjoys obtaining successful outcomes for Union client’s obtaining compensation for those that may have otherwise struggled to receive legal assistance and justice for injuries they suffered. 

Daniel enjoys hiking, camping, and keeping fit in the gym. He enjoys relaxing on the weekends with friends watching the football.
