Based in our Bristol Office, Emily is an Assistant Lawyer in our Multi‑Track Accidents Team, where she supports senior lawyers on a wide range of complex and high‑value accident claims along with looking after her own clients, representing injured people who need specialist support after life‑changing incidents.
Emily qualified as a Solicitor in October 2025. Before joining Thompsons, she completed her training contract at a high street firm, gaining comprehensive experience in personal injury and clinical negligence. Her background has equipped her with strong technical skills, a meticulous approach to case preparation, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by injured clients.
Dedicated to client care, Emily values building genuine relationships and sees rehabilitation as a fundamental part of the claims process. She works closely with clients, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to ensure the best possible outcomes—both legally and personally.
Outside the office, Emily enjoys exploring new cuisines with her partner and friends, as well as reading, travelling, and hiking in and around her home city of Bath.
