Kam is a senior serious injury solicitor in Thompsons' national personal injury team. He is based in one of Thompsons' London offices, representing individuals injured across South East England.

Kam qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has handled personal injury claims for most of his legal career. Kam has specialised in cases involving the most serious injuries since 2016. 

Kam deals with the whole spectrum of catastrophic and serious injury cases. He has acted for numerous clients involved in workplace injuries, road traffic collisions, victims of assault and assisting bereaved families seeking justice following the death of a loved one.

Kam’s clients have often suffered orthopaedic injuries, head and brain injuries with continuing symptoms and a threat of epilepsy, spinal cord injuries, limb amputations, and those that are life-changing and catastrophic. Kam provides invaluable help, support and guidance to clients and their families throughout what can be a very traumatic time.

With three children, Kam is kept busy in his spare time, but he also enjoys cycling, yoga and attending his local gym.


Kam's case experience

  • Secured a £1.5 million settlement for a motorcyclist who suffered a closed fracture to his left femur and an open fracture to the tibia, which resulted in a below-knee amputation following a collision.
  • Recovered £800,000 for a motorcyclist who was injured when a car turned right across his path while riding, causing a collision. The driver left the scene, leaving the man with life-changing injuries, including fractures across his body, abdominal injury, head injury and  vertebral artery dissection, causing a stroke.   • Secured £800,000 for a pedestrian who suffered a below knee amputation following a collision with a motorcyclist.
  • Secured £280,000 after a High Court trial for a London Ambulance Service ambulance technician who was exposed to carbon monoxide from a defective vehicle at work and suffered post-traumatic stress disorder.
