Since joining the Settlement Agreements Unit in March 2023, Hamza has built on his previous experience in personal injury and immigration law, bringing a broad legal perspective and strong client-focused approach to his work. He is passionate about helping people resolve workplace issues and is committed to providing honest, practical and straightforward advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances.
Hamza works closely with clients throughout the settlement agreement process, ensuring they are kept informed at every stage and that their instructions and concerns are carefully considered. He regularly supports individuals and families navigating difficult situations, including redundancies and workplace change, and is dedicated to securing the best possible outcome for those he represents.
