Natalie is a Partner and Principal Lawyer who manages Thompsons specialist Settlement Agreement Unit.
Having spent time living and working in Canada and Azerbaijan, Natalie moved to Plymouth in 2006 to undertake her legal training, before joining Thompsons in 2015 as an employment rights solicitor.
Natalie now manages Thompsons’ national settlement agreement unit and large team of employment rights lawyers dedicated to settlement agreement work.
In addition, Natalie leads the firm’s large-scale settlement agreement work, representing employees within national and international companies affected by redundancies and restructures across a variety of industries. Her expertise assists clients across sectors such as aviation, manufacturing, health, higher education and automotive.
She understands the complexities and sensitives surrounding the impact of job losses and is known for her professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge of industry specific issues.
Natalie regularly advises and delivers training on settlement agreements and best practice.
