Harry was diagnosed with mesothelioma in his late 60s, yet he had no idea where he could have come into contact with asbestos. Research by Thompsons revealed that Harry was exposed to asbestos while working at shipyards in Tyneside as a teenage apprentice, 45 years before he was diagnosed with mesothelioma. Harry died just four months after receiving his diagnosis.
Thompsons Solicitors secured £122,000 in damages for Mrs Worth following her husband's death.
