Based in the Cardiff office as part of the accidents at work team, but acting for Thompsons’ clients across Wales and the South West, Thomas has over 12 years legal experience representing clients in all aspects of personal injury work.
Thomas has particular expertise in personal injury claims that involve significant injury and lead to high-value awards arising from both accidents at work and accidents in public spaces (also known as public liability accidents). Thomas’s litigation experience extends to cases following road traffic accidents, and the injuries his clients may be facing could be both orthopaedic and psychiatric.
