Oluwakonyinsola is a diligent and passionate Litigation Assistant working at Thompsons’ Dagenham office. She handles a busy, yet varied caseload of employers’ liability and public liability claims within the Fast Track team.

Oluwakonyinsola graduated from the University of Birmingham in July 2022 and was awarded a First-Class Honours in her Bachelor of Laws. She began her legal career as a secretary within the family law department of a Kent based law firm. As a first point of contact for many clients, Oluwakonyinsola honed her ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion whilst maintaining a professional and clear-headed approach.

Oluwakonyinsola went on to work as a paralegal within the asbestos related disease department at a top national law firm. She assisted on a variety of complex, fast paced and high-pressure litigated cases that were expedited to the Royal Courts of Justice. She gained first hand experience into the adversity that injured individuals and their families endure due to another party’s failure to prevent or protect against injury. Even though the clock cannot be turned back, the client’s peace of mind after securing compensation for their injury ignited a spark within her for personal injury law.

Oluwakonyinsola joined Thompsons in February 2024 and continues to work tirelessly to ensure that her clients receive the best outcome.

When she is away from the laptop screen, Oluwakonyinsola enjoys reading, true crime podcasts and spending quality time with her loved ones. She has recently discovered a new love for solo travelling abroad.
