Victoria's case experience

  • Secured a substantial six-figure settlement, including interim payments for rehabilitation, physiotherapy and counselling for a worker whose pelvis was crushed at work by an excavator. The Unite member underwent an above-the-knee leg amputation and was in an induced coma for over a  fortnight while medical staff performed multiple operations.
  • Ensured a six-figure settlement for a client hit by a speeding car which failed to stop as he crossed the road, resulting in a serious head injury, serious multiple orthopaedic injuries, internal injuries and psychological injury leaving him with long-term cognitive impairments.
  • Settled a £500,000 claim for a client hit by a truck while driving, leaving her with Functional Neurological Disorder, which means that she no longer lives an independent life due to chronic pain and fatigue. The settlement has enabled her to embark on a programme of cutting-edge neurorehabilitation and receive ongoing daily care.
