- Will represented a claimant whose asthma was aggravated by exposure to mould in her workplace. Despite the employer denying liability, Will managed to obtain compensation for the claimant.
- The claimant was a young carpenter at the beginning of his career. After exposure to high levels of vibration he found himself suffering with HAVS (Hand arm Vibration Syndrome). The claimant was understandably concerned about his future career prospects. Will successfully negotiated with the defendant and managed to secure the claimant with compensation to cover the risk of his future career prospects.
