Thompsons has grown from two people in an office in London to over a thousand members of staff in a network of offices throughout the UK.

A lot has changed for working people since 1921 but the firm’s principles and values remain the same and we continue to fight for the rights of injured people.

Thompsons has led the way in personal injury law, working with the trade unions to achieve compensation rights for injured people – from asbestos sufferers to those with welders lung and miners with pneumoconiosis to workers with industrial deafness. The aim has always been better working conditions.

Over the years we have formed specialist teams of solicitors and lawyers who are experts in their field and passionate about what they do. These include our serious injury, asbestos disease, road accident and clinical negligence teams.

The dedication, skill and experience of those working at Thompsons has undoubtedly contributed to the success of the firm and we will continue our fight for justice for injured people in the years ahead.
