Yorkshire and Humberside Asbestos Support Group (SARAG) is a charity dedicated to helping people suffering from an asbestos-related disease and their families with free and confidential advice.
The specialist services provided by the charity include guidance on welfare benefits and compensation, practical assistance with paperwork, drop-in sessions for victims and families, monthly group meetings, a home visit service and representation and support for formal meetings, tribunals and inquests.
Thompsons works in partnership with SARAG to support its services, events and fundraising. Our team of asbestos specialists often refer clients who need advice on welfare benefits and support arising out of their asbestos-related diagnosis to the organisation.
