It is important that the injured person gets legal representation as soon as possible because that can help with the rehabilitation process, which is paramount to recovery.

It is common for us to communicate with the relatives of the injured person at the start of the case because the client with the acquired brain injury may well be in the early stages of recovery and unable to instruct us.

The client care consultant we instruct on behalf of our client are always professionals who are specialists in knowing when and where someone needs to be throughout their acquired brain injury treatment and rehabilitation stages of recovery.

These professionals are involved in working with the client as soon as they are instructed by us.

Thompsons will always apply for an interim payment as soon as possible. This sum can cover the cost of medical treatment, therapies, support, transport, replacement wages, and any home adaptations needed before any final compensation is agreed or ordered as a judgement in the case.
