Thompsons Solicitors has recovered substantial damages for a member of the travelling community who suffered catastrophic injuries when hit at speed by a car. Although the police declined to press charges, Thompsons took up the case on behalf of the family, whose lives are now devoted to looking after their severely injured relative.
After a lengthy fight, a multi-million pound settlement was obtained that will allow the claimant to live in appropriate accommodation, suitably supported for the rest of his life.
