Nicholas Seymour is a senior solicitor with over 21 years’ experience, representing victims of accidents and disease. Nick has managed teams at Thompsons in Plymouth, Bristol and Cardiff.
Nick’s specialisms include asbestos injuries, and high value accident claims. The cases he deals with range from injuries arising from accidents at work to road traffic accidents but also industrial disease focusing mainly on asbestos exposure, mesothelioma, and asbestosis.

Outside of work Nick is a fan of football, supporting Tottenham and his son’s under 11 team. In one busy year he visited Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, New York, Seattle and Vancouver. Nick also likes to cook. Roast dinners are his speciality.

One of Nick’s clients, Chris Tongs, suffered a serious leg injury following the collapse of a loading platform. Working hard and innovatively, Nick settled the case for more than £60,000 compensation for the pain his client went through, along with loss of earnings and the cost of medical treatment his client needed.
