Nicola’s Case Experience

Road Traffic Accident claims: Nicola’s client was a pedestrian in a road traffic accident who was left in a wheelchair after suffering serious injuries to the head and brachial plexus. Nicola secured a £750,000 settlement for her client.

Nicola also secured a settlement of £550,000 for a client who suffered a spinal cord injury in a road traffic accident.

Medical Negligence claim: Nicola settled an extremely complex claim arising after patient died from a failure to diagnose and treat a colonic ischemia during surgery to remove a rectal carcinoma. Following the commencement of proceedings Nicola secured a compensation package of £300,000 for her client.
