The CICAP has issued an index and a complete set of the chairman's published Directions, Practice Statement and Protocol. Anyone dealing with any CICAP cases should familiarise themselves with these documents. They relate to eligibility issues, disclosure of reports, earnings figures, postponement applications and Judicial Review applications relating to the old, pre-tariff scheme.
