Ann-Marie is a member of Thompsons’ national personal injury team, based in London. She handles a caseload of complex claims arising from serious injuries at work, on the roads and in other public places where the injured person was not at fault. She has significant experience in pursuing claims on behalf of bereaved families following fatal accidents and has also advised a number of survivors of sexual assault. 

She has experience pursuing industrial disease claims and continues to advise in relation to claims arising from work-related stress.  

Ann-Marie is kept busy by her two teenagers, but in her spare time enjoys cooking, reading and travelling.

 

Ann-Marie's case experience 

  • Represented a family of five following a road traffic collision in which two family members were tragically killed, and the rest suffered multiple injuries ranging from significant scarring to psychological injuries. 
  • Acted for a paramedic who suffered a significant shoulder injury through an accident at work and lost her job. She received a six-figure settlement. 
  • Represented an NHS employee who slipped at her place of her work and injured her back, settling the claim for six figures.
