Medical negligence solicitor Sanah works from Thompsons Solicitors’ Manchester branch and handles cases across the north west.

Running a mixed caseload of fast track claims, Sanah covers a variety of cases including failure to diagnose, failure to treat, delayed diagnosis and negligent treatment.

As an assistant executive, Sanah’s daily duties include liaising with clients and experts and obtaining medical records in order to gather evidence to take claims forward successfully.

Previously, Sanah has worked on road traffic accident, industrial disease, travel sickness and public and employers liability claims.

Sanah’s main objective is to ensure that clients are satisfied with the outcome of their claims and the representation they receive.

Sanah is proud to work at Thompsons because of its commitment to representing claimants only.

Outside of work, Sanah enjoys travelling, nature photography and watching tennis and films.

Medical negligence claim: Medical professionals failed to check Sanah’s client’s blood tests, resulting in post-operative hyponatremia (low sodium levels) which caused nausea, low blood pressure and fainting. Sanah’s client was admitted to hospital with a potentially fatal sodium deficiency after collapsing at home. After liability was admitted, Sanah secured £5,000 compensation for her client.

Sanah is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
