Running a varied caseload of fast-track claims, Rose covers a variety of cases including failure to diagnose, failure to treat, misdiagnosis, surgical and dental errors and negligent treatment.
Before qualifying as a solicitor in May 2020, Rose completed a Bachelors of Law degree and Masters degree in Legal Practice (LLM LPC).
Being able to use the law to secure justice for people is very rewarding for Rose, especially when it involves protecting the rights and interests of working people.

Outside of work, Rose enjoys mountain hiking and horse riding and is an advocate fighting against the Chinese dog meat trade. As well as travelling to China to volunteer with animal rescue charities, Rose has adopted her own Chinese meat trade dog from Shanghai and helps charities through the use of social media by raising awareness.
Rose’s case experience
- Secured a £6,500 settlement for a flight attendant who was injured in the course of her employment duties where she sustained soft tissue injuries and a broken toe.
- Handled claims involving the Montreal and Athens conventions as well as package travel, road traffic accident and employers, public and product liability claims.
