Accident at work claim: Alex was a member of a legal team representing a prison officer who suffered a deep laceration to his forehead during riot training. The employer denied liability however the legal team was able to argue that inadequate head protection was provided and the employer was vicariously liable for the actions of the employee who hit the claimant with a riot shield. The client was awarded £30,000 after the case proceeded to trial.

Alex’s former client said: “Alex is a true gentlemen and is always happy to speak to me and discuss my case. He always provides me with reassurance and is a godsend given this very stressful time in my life.”

Another of Alex’s former clients said: “Alex was down to earth and relaxed throughout the trial, he helped explain what was going on at each stage and explain what the barristers and judge were referring to without using legal jargon. I found this a great reassurance during a very tense trial.”
