Chenai's Case Experience

Road traffic accident claim: Chenai assisted a senior solicitor in representing a client who was hit by a motorcycle as she was walking across a pedestrian crossing. The client suffered a traumatic brain injury and an unstable neck fracture. She continues to suffer psychological symptoms and neck pain, as well as balance, fatigue and memory issues. This case settled for £2.8 million.

Accident at work claim: Chenai provided assistance on a claim involving a street lighting electrician and Unite member who sustained a serious injury to his right shoulder and cracked ribs after being struck by a falling concrete column during maintenance work. The client was left with permanent damage to his shoulder and arm and is now unable to engage in heavy work. After a joint settlement meeting, the claim was settled for £175,000.

Chenai’s former client said: “To Chenai and all who worked so hard on behalf of Stuart and myself. We would like to say a massive thank you. Your never ending patience and good humour was a real tonic to both of us and helped us to get to the end of a very difficult time. We will always be very grateful to have had you in our corner to help us through every step of the way. Once again thank you so much.”
